About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced videographer and editor for a documentary-style project in Barcelona. This intimate project aims to capture authentic stories and experiences through professional interview segments and lifestyle footage.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute interview-style filming sessions
• Capture high-quality B-roll footage of daily life and environments
• Set up professional lighting and audio for interviews
• Direct subjects to ensure natural, authentic footage
• Edit footage into a cohesive narrative piece
• Color grade and audio mix the final product

Requirements

• Strong portfolio featuring interview and documentary work
• Expertise in lighting and audio setup for interviews
• Advanced video editing and post-production skills
• Experience handling sensitive subject matter
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to make subjects feel comfortable on camera
