About You:
Hey there! Are you a college student with a passion for capturing moments and telling stories through video? We're searching for a creative and enthusiastic Videographer and Content Creator to join our team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to bring our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) program to life through engaging video content. If you're ready to showcase your skills, make a positive impact, and gain valuable experience, we want you on board!
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our DEIB team to develop innovative concepts for video content that promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
- Capture compelling footage of DEIB events, workshops, and interviews, ensuring every voice is heard and respected.
- Edit raw footage into polished videos that effectively communicate the mission and impact of our DEIB program.
- Enhance videos with graphics, animations, and music to increase engagement and storytelling impact.
- Manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
- Optimize videos for distribution across various platforms, including social media and websites.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the overall quality of our DEIB storytelling.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled as a college student.
- Strong skills in videography and video editing.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
