Support a life sciences client by leading a video content strategy that builds a scalable library for product education and onboarding, utilizing both animation and live-action formats.
About the Role
We Are Rosie is seeking a Video Producer/Editor to support a life sciences client building out a new
library of training and educational video content. This role requires a mix of strategy and execution: you’ll
lead an audit of existing video assets, identify gaps in coverage, and develop a modular content roadmap
that can be scaled over time. Your work will help the internal team deliver product education, onboarding,
and how-to content to both internal and external audiences.
The ideal Rosie for this role is highly self-directed, comfortable working with limited source material, and
equally skilled in animation and live-action formats. You’ll partner with a Creative Director to align on
visual style, and will also take the lead on storyboarding, editing, and, when needed, coordinating
production resources for any live-action shoots. You should bring a strong point of view on how to build
an efficient, scalable library that can meet both near-term and long-term needs.
Prioritized Responsibilities
● Review and organize the client’s existing video assets, noting missing files and identifying
opportunities to consolidate or reuse content
● Lead development of a strategic content roadmap focused on training, onboarding, and product
education (B2B and clinical)
● Storyboard and produce new video content using a mix of stock footage, custom animation,
voiceover, and live-action elements
● Edit and finalize videos that meet brand guidelines and are optimized for use across multiple
channels (web, email, internal platforms)
● Recommend and oversee live-action shoots as needed, including sourcing vendors, crew, talent,
and directing edits
● Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to maintain visual and messaging consistency
across formats
● 5–10 years of experience in end-to-end video production, post-production, and editing (corporate,
healthcare, or technical content preferred)
● Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and motion graphics tools
● Comfortable storyboarding and scripting explainer-style videos for technical topics
● Experience editing both animated and live-action formats with the ability to support vendor
management for shoots when needed
● Ability to shape narrative flow, simplify complex information, and maintain clarity through pacing,
visual elements, and tone
● Bonus: Experience working in regulated industries or producing training content for
scientific/technical products
