We are looking for an aspiring, detail-oriented videographer and motion graphics expert to join our small but mighty team! If you thrive on challenges, can’t hide your energy and want to help turn Insider into a video powerhouse - we are looking for you!
As a Video Content Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and optimizing video content to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and customer education. You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop video assets that resonate with B2B audiences and enhance the customer journey. Your ability to use video as a medium for storytelling and your understanding of the SaaS space will be key in driving engagement and conversions. This is a 360-individual contributor role, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing video production end-to-end across the company, and managing projects and executing simultaneously.
Key Responsibilites:
- Video Production & Editing:
- Plan, create, and edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar), including most common ones (but not limited to these) like customer testimonials, webinars, event videos, social media promotional videos.
- Ensure all video content aligns with the brand voice, tone, and messaging.
- Manage end-to-end video production process - working closely with leaders from initializing the script, and storyboard to final edits and delivery.
- Liaise with external video production agencies to manage projects and provide feedback for the desired deliverables on time.
- Animation & Motion Graphics:
- Use After Effects (or similar) to create animated assets, kinetic typography, and motion graphics to elevate video quality.
- Simplify complex concepts for B2B audiences with animated approaches.
- AI Tools Integration:
- Leverage AI tools like Heygen and Runway to streamline video production workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance creative output.
- Stay updated on emerging AI tools and techniques that can improve video content creation.
- Collaboration & Management:
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to align video content with broader campaigns and product marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with subject matter experts to distil technical information into engaging visual narratives.
- Develop video strategies that support lead generation, product education, and customer success.
- Responsible for managing & keeping up-to-date internal master library or Airtable format (working files, output files, etc.)
- Optimization & Analytics:
- Optimize video content for various platforms (website, social media, YouTube, etc.) with a strong focus on mobile-friendly formats.
- Track and analyze video performance metrics to optimize & improve future content quality for engagement.
Skills & Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in video editing, proven knowledge in motion graphics, and video production management is required
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar) for video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects (or similar) for animation and motion graphics.
- Familiarity with AI tools like Heygen, Runway, or similar for video production.
- Must be able to liaise on Figma (or similar tool) to use illustrated vector files
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English Experience working in SaaS or technology companies, creative agencies preferred
- Proven ability to work in a results-oriented team environment,
- Able to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing task priorities and workload in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals in different teams and cultures
- Super energetic, positive attitude, a good sense of humor and a hearty appetite for growth,
- Be a creative powerhouse with a focus on driving business results (leads, conversions, engagement).
