Video & Content Producer

We are looking for a dynamic Video & Content Producer with a deep understanding of digital marketing and media within SEA markets. The ideal candidate has strong English and Chinese (CN) language skills (written & verbal) and experience liaising closely with the Chinese market.

This role is a blend of content production, video creation, and marketing support, with a strong emphasis on delivering engaging and informative content across multiple regions.

 

Key Responsibilities

Content Production & Strategy

  • Develop marketing messaging and content strategies that resonate from a group-level briefing to localised ROW (Rest-Of-World) campaigns.
  • Craft compelling campaign narratives to support product and promo launches.
  • Ensure all content aligns with customer needs, incentives, and industry trends.
  • Maintain a structured content calendar for campaigns, ensuring timely execution.

 

Video Production

  • Lead the creation of live streams, market analysis videos, and promotional content.
  • Work closely with market analysts and product teams to translate complex concepts into engaging visual content.
  • Develop and refine video scripts, storyboards, and production plans to enhance brand storytelling.
  • Oversee editing, post-production, and content localization to ensure high-quality output.

 

Marketing Support & Distribution

  • Collaborate with the extended marketing team to distribute content across social media, community platforms, and networks.
  • Optimize content for maximum engagement, reach, and lead generation.
  • Assist in social media management and community engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English & Chinese (written & verbal).
  • Strong knowledge of the industry.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing within SEA markets.
  • Hands-on experience in content production, video creation, and campaign storytelling.
  • Strong understanding of the Chinese market and its community.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools, content management systems, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing and product teams.
