The Senior Vice-president will spearhead the strategic vision for our business efforts, ensuring the highest quality of consumer and brand initiatives. This role is crucial in driving impactful and innovative solutions and strategies that differentiate us in the market. This SVP works collaboratively across the organization to lead in crafting original strategies that enhance our clients' businesses and position us as leaders in the industry and opening new spaces in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relevant senior leadership experience to connect the various business fronts such as integrated marketing, digital, creative, branded-content, advertising or public relations;
- Is able to coordinate teams to create and deliver creative concepts and ideas, founded in insights, across all platforms for briefs and new business pitches and campaigns;
- Builds strong relationships with clients and plays advisory role to c-suite executives;
- Puts together a strategy to grow our business and coordinates the process to win pitches through original work;
- Guides clients and teams to achieve business objectives with strategic and creative ideas that yield measurable business results;
- Uses insight, experience, and skill to ask the right questions to clients and teams to see business challenges and solutions;
- Inspires and educates teams to deliver integrated thinking rooted in sophisticated insights;
- Plays an active role on our leadership team to keep our culture and quality standards.
Knowledge and Skills:
- The ideal candidate is someone who has experience in or has previously worked in advertising, marketing and/or digital agencies;
- Strong track record of setting direction and lead ideation of on-brand, forward thinking solutions for clients;
- Strong experience in steering strategic initiatives and driving growth within the consumer goods sector and brand management;
- Track record of leading high-impact projects, developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies, and delivering substantial business results;
- Strong presentation skills: ability to articulate smart and complex solutions in a straightforward, lucid, polished, and persuasive manner;
- Curious mind with a creative eye. A compelling storyteller;
- Proficient on the digital front and on “future-proving” the business.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and influence staff, peers, and clients.
- Ability to sell on a major scale and long-term brand purpose;
- Fluent in English is mandatory (Spanish is a plus).
