Are you passionate about developing, endorsing and executing sales strategy?

We are looking for a Vice President, Sales for our Toronto branch. You will be a key member of the Long View senior leadership team in Canada. Primary responsibilities include driving profitable business and overall revenue growth through effective management of the sales team in Toronto, ON.

A Day in the Life:

  • Build plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the sales targets
  • Develop quality solution proposals to meet our clients’ needs, working closely with consulting, operations, implementation services and product teams
  • Lead expansion into our target market with your team utilizing Long View’s breadth to achieve objectives
  • Build strong industry relationships to identify needs in the market
  • Develop, execute, maintain and fortify our plans and relationships with strategic alliance partners
  • Represent the voice of the market within Long View and help lead products and solution decisions
  • Achieve targeted revenue and profitability
  • Help in identifying new top-quality members to Long View through solicitation and professional networking
  • Ensure continuous and effective management of team performance

What You Bring:

  • 10 + years of increasing responsibility in technology consulting and/or managed services with demonstrated track record of converting ideas and industry knowledge into: solution sales, high quality project delivery, satisfied clients
  • Extensive experience developing and driving a sales strategy, including ensuring alignment on selling key managed services, consulting resources, products or practices
  • Proven record of developing and supporting a sales team to drive high performance
  • Natural ability to network with the IT sales community and attract the top sales professionals
  • Capability and/ or a track record of developing a deep knowledge of solution selling all of Long View’s offerings such as: Cloud, Security, Data Analytics, Dynamics, Security and Managed Services
  • Proven track record to build and maintain key business relationships with all of Long View’s partner community
  • Experience working in partnership with marketing and business development teams on all lead generation activities, client calls, marketing programs and events
  • Previous experience with client or territory assignment, with a strong ability to identify and delegate target clients
