About Teneo Financial Advisory
Teneo’s Financial Advisory business has more than 450 professionals globally, with on the ground teams in the US, UK, Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific, the Caribbean, and Bermuda. We partner directly with management teams of or lenders to stressed/distressed companies to develop financial and operational strategies that aim to preserve stakeholder value and position the business for long term success. Our professionals form seamless global teams to deliver the right expertise in the right places which enables us to create and deliver strategies and solutions that will protect and enhance value for our clients and help them to realize their defined success. Our services include turnaround and restructuring, interim management, business transformation, litigation support, capital raising, M&A and transaction services.
Description
We are seeking a professional with a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience (professional services, corporate finance, investment banking or audit) to join our growing restructuring advisory team. We offer a unique entrepreneurial environment and the opportunity to work directly with distressed companies, financial sponsors, creditors, shareholders, and other stakeholders on situations both in- and out-of-court. The candidate we seek should have the ability to hit the ground running. Base Salary Range
$150,000 – $200,000 (compensation for this role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience that may fall outside of the range listed).

Total Compensation Package
Includes annualized bonus, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of additional benefits and rewards.
Flexible Work Policy
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
Teneo believes in in-person collaboration when possible and if you are assigned to the New York and San Francisco offices, the company expectation is for employees to work from the office location a minimum of three times a week.
