The Role:
Reporting to the EVP, Head of Private Company Relations, the VP of Relationship Management will be a vital part of a dynamic team focused on building relationships with companies and their partners, including law firms, capital advisors, and venture capital firms. This role addresses liquidity needs across primary, secondary, and ad-hoc opportunities, bridging Forge’s full suite of capabilities. Key responsibilities include sourcing and nurturing relationships, securing and managing mandates, supporting team strategy through material creation, hosting exclusive events, and engaging in industry conferences.
The ideal candidate has experience within the private market ecosystem and demonstrates a strong ability to build and manage both new and existing client relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for helping develop the business strategy and handling the day-to-day execution of all issuer-related activities across the organization.
Location: This role requires a hybrid work schedule, with 2-3 days per week in our Soho, NY office to foster collaboration and teamwork.
