We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to join our leadership team as the Vice President of People. This role will be instrumental in shaping our company culture, attracting top talent, and creating an exceptional employee experience.
As the VP of People, you are a talent magnet and get motivated and inspired by building and growing people professionals. You will bring an incredible customer centric mindset, while utilizing technology to remove friction and improve efficiency for our team members across the company. The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $285,000.00 - $325,000.00 per year.
Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
