Job Overview
We seek an accomplished and strategic Vice President of Sales to lead our enterprise and mid-market sales teams across the Americas. In this role, you will drive revenue growth, execute comprehensive sales strategies, and build high-performing teams. You will work closely with cross-functional leaders in marketing, product, and customer success to ensure our sales efforts align with our broader business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Leadership:
Develop and implement a forward-thinking sales strategy for enterprise segments in North America.
Set ambitious revenue and growth targets, monitor performance, and adjust strategies as needed.
Revenue Growth & Pipeline Management:
Drive overall revenue performance by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
Oversee pipeline development, forecasting, and effective deal closure, ensuring robust pipeline coverage.
Team Development & Management:
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and provide ongoing training to optimize team productivity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with market demand and customer needs.
Cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances that expand our market reach and revenue channels.
Operational Excellence:
Champion the use of CRM and sales analytics tools to drive operational efficiency and data-driven decision making.
Manage budget, sales expenses, and ensure cost-effective practices while maintaining high-quality execution.
Customer Success & Retention:
Focus on nurturing long-term customer relationships, improving customer satisfaction, and driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Monitor customer churn and develop strategies to mitigate risk and enhance client retention.
Market Expansion & Innovation:
Identify new market segments and geographic opportunities to drive business expansion.
Lead initiatives to innovate sales processes and adopt new technologies that improve competitive positioning.
Qualifications
Experience:
10+ years in sales leadership roles with a proven track record in driving revenue growth and managing enterprise and mid-market sales.
Demonstrated success in scaling sales organizations and meeting or exceeding aggressive revenue targets.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
