We’re looking for a VP of Commercial Operations to ensure our Revenue and Account Management teams are set up for success in their daily operations. This role reports to our SVP of Commercial.
Responsibilities will include:
- Workflows: Own and evolve the day-to-day workflows for our Commercial (i.e. Revenue and Account Management) team
- Oversee sales forecasting and team attribution
- Track and analyze close ratios
- Collaborate with marketing to align sales campaigns with revenue goals
- Proactively identify and address gaps in other sales processes
- Ensure timely completion of certifications and trainings
- Manage workflows for at-risk clients
- Implement client feedback mechanisms to improve service delivery
- Metrics: Own tracking and action planning for key metrics across our Commercial team
- Construct dashboards
- Regularly review and refine metrics to align with business objectives.
- Training: Own the creation and updating of training materials to improve outcomes for the Commercial team
- Manage and ensure participation in all trainings, including mock certification process; improve and add additional trainings as needed
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base for all team members
- Tools: Optimize and manage tools such as Salesforce and Chorus to support sales and account management activities
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the commercial team and other departments
Ideal candidate has:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years of relevant work experience, including a minimum of 3 years of Revenue or Commercial Operations experience in a SaaS or healthcare technology business
- Prior experience in management consulting or an early-stage startup environment highly preferred
- Prior leadership experience with a strong commitment to holding teams accountable for achieving results
- Expertise in leveraging data to drive strategic decisions and optimize operational efficiency
- Skilled in making informed decisions swiftly, balancing data insights with business acumen
- Experience within employer health benefits, health plans, digital health, or consulting space is highly desirable
- Skilled in identifying potential challenges early, proactively raising flags, and devising preemptive strategies to mitigate risks and prevent disruption
- Effective at fostering collaboration across diverse teams, ensuring seamless execution of cross-functional projects and initiatives
- A willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and do whatever is necessary to ensure company success

The target salary range for this position is: $235,000 - $300,0000. This position is also bonus eligible. Individual compensation for this role will depend on a variety of factors including qualifications, skills and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans.
