We’re looking for a food service operations veteran to help us build the future of corporate catering and cafeterias; revolutionizing how companies feed their employees. As the Vice President of Catering And Cafeteria Operations you’ll own our entire operations function and will be responsible for building personalized onsite dining experiences for customers in 10+ cities across the U.S. You’ll work closely with companies of all sizes from the Fortune 500 to the mid-market to deliver amazing meal experiences that wow employees, while building strong processes and systems to enable your organization to scale efficiently.
You’re a food service expert who knows how to create bespoke dining experiences when it comes to both offsite catering (corporate and events) and corporate cafeterias. You’re a strong leader who’s built high-performing teams from individual contributors (servers, chefs, etc...) to catering and operations directors. You’ve worked in a high-growth environment before and are willing to get scrappy to support our enormous customer growth with limited resources. Lastly, you’re a well known leader in the food service industry and can partner closely with sales and account management to help win new and grow existing customers.
This role reports directly to the CEO and will be a key member of our leadership team working with our product functions to deliver more value to our customers while partnering with finance and strategy to reduce costs by increasing their team’s productivity.

Compensation: Base salary range $215k-$275k
