About the Role:
Orchard is looking for a Vice President of Brokerage Sales to manage our national team of 450+ real estate agents across 12 markets. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering on revenue goals, creating strategies to drive behaviors that influence customer acquisition targets, supporting agents in delivering consistently stellar service to customers, developing and managing to KPIs, and building and managing a team of sales managers and team leads.
In addition, you will be a member of the Orchard executive team, responsible for partnering effectively with cross-functional leaders across Mortgage, Sales, Title, Recruiting, Operations, Product and Marketing with the goal of providing a stress-free, simple, and fair way for our customers to buy and sell their homes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and leading a consultative, tech-forward sales team driving both high sales conversion and a culture of continuous improvement.
This is a full time role that will report into the CEO and can be in any location, with a preference for one of Orchard’s live markets.

The pay range for this position in New York City is $200-250k+/year. The actual base pay offered may vary within the range provided depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Stock options and other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered. Base compensation may vary if the work location is outside of New York City.
