Key Responsibilities area:
- Lead market research and derive actionable customers insights.
- Devise GTM strategy based on data-based market research.
- Create brand, awareness, interest funnel: digital and offline.
- Design and implement customer referral and loyalty programs.
- Lead content and communication strategy.
- Drive campaigns and offers.
- Develop and leverage networks of relevant parties in the marketing ecosystem.
- Drive analytics-based business decisions.
- Own customer satisfaction and customer delight metrics.
- Able to prepare appropriate budget to succeed with the GTM strategy.
Who should apply:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- MBA in Marketing from Tier 1/Tier 2 institutes is strongly preferred.
- 7+ years of total experience in Consumer Marketing function (B2C) with 2+ years in digital marketing across FMCG, rural retail or E-commerce industries.
- Strong in storytelling and have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Ability to build a stellar team by recruiting from your own network.
- Analytically inclined individual with ability to run numbers to determine ROI and effectiveness of campaigns.
- Passion for rural development.

- Team and third-party stakeholders’ management experience in high growth organizations.
Location: Mumbai with monthly travel to Patna.
