Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Vice President of Investor Relations for our real estate investment client. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the firm's relationships with current and prospective investors, with a strong focus on fund raising for the real estate investment opportunities. This role requires significant experience in both the property investment and real estate sectors, and a proven track record of successful fund raising.
What You Will Do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive investor relations strategy that aligns with the firm's business goals and objectives.
- Proactively identify, target, and engage with potential investors to secure funding for real estate investment opportunities.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing investors through regular updates, meetings, and presentations on the firm's investment performance and market trends.
- Prepare and present high-quality investment proposals, reports, and marketing materials that effectively communicate the firm's value proposition and investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with the firm's senior leadership team and investment professionals to ensure a cohesive and consistent investment message is delivered to the investor community.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in investor communications and fund raising activities.
What You Will Need
- Proven experience in a senior investor relations role within the property investment or real estate sector.
- Strong track record of successful fund raising for real estate investment opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of investors.
- Strong understanding of real estate markets, investment strategies, and financial analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field. An MBA or professional certification in real estate or investment management is a plus.
