Vice President, Human Resources

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President, Human Resources, to lead people shared services. Based in India, the VP will have global responsibilities for the IT Service Desk and HR Help Desk, while also overseeing Facilities Management across India, EMEA, and APAC regions. As a key regional HR leader, the VP will work closely with local leaders to promote cross-functional collaboration, operational excellence, and alignment with global organizational goals and values  WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
  • 1. Global HR Business Partner (HRBP) Leadership
  • Act as a strategic HR advisor to senior leadership, and business heads, shaping and driving the global people strategy.
  • Lead India HRBP teams, ensuring alignment between business objectives and talent strategies.
  • Drive organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development across global functions.
  • Partner with senior leadership to design and implement people-centric policies, DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Own the execution of performance management frameworks, talent reviews, and retention strategies to drive business growth.
  • Utilize HR analytics and market insights to advise on compensation, benefits benchmarking, and internal parity while maintaining competitive positioning.
  • Influence senior stakeholders to adopt HR best practices, change management strategies, and leadership coaching.
  • Ensure global compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and ethical standards while adapting HR strategies to different regional requirements.

  • 2. Global HR Shared Services Leadership
  • Lead the global HR Help Desk team, ensuring effective resolution of employee queries with a focus on compliance, accuracy, and satisfaction.
  • Oversee global IT support operations, driving consistent, timely, and effective resolution of technical issues.
  • Align IT and HR to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for new hires and a professional, supportive offboarding process for departing employees.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of Shared Services operation
  • Utilize data and feedback to improve processes and enhance the employee experience.
  • Leverage technology to improve service efficiency and minimize downtime across regions.
  • Align global Shared Services initiatives with company objectives and adapt strategies for regional nuances.

  • 3. Facilities Management:
  • Lead the India facilities team to ensure safe, sustainable, and employee-friendly facilities for the region
  • Drive efficiency and cost optimization initiatives in facility operations, tailored to regional requirements.
  • Own Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives for the region

  • 4. Team Development:

  • Build and nurture high-performing global and regional HR, IT, and Facilities teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and inclusivity.
  • Invest in professional development to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge to excel.
  • WHAT YOU BRING
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, IT, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 18+ years of HR experience, including HRBP leadership & Shared Services, with global responsibilities.
  • Proven expertise in managing HRBP teams, IT Service Desk, HR Help Desk, and Facilities operations across multiple regions.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence across cultures and geographies.
  • Experience in a global organization with large, diverse teams.
