The VP, Designated Managing Broker is responsible for implementing the business plan for the branch office by recruiting, coaching, training, and holding his or her brokers and staff to production standards. The VP, Designated Managing Broker is expected to support and promote all company products, services, programs and personnel in order to fulfill the company’s vision of delivering an extraordinary real estate experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Recruit new brokers to the office.
  • Meet production goals.
  • Operate your branch office to budget.
  • Coach and train for success.
  • Utilize the company’s training and script programs.
  • Assist sales associates in developing and writing annual business plans.
  • Conduct weekly, bi-weekly or monthly coaching and/or accountability meetings with agents.
  • Attend and actively participate in monthly Managers Meetings and all other company-sponsored events.
  • Comply with and enforce all company policies.

Requirements

  • Must hold a managing broker’s license.
  • Minimum of 3 years real estate sales experience.
