Vice President, Client Services

We are seeking a Vice President of Client Services with deep healthcare expertise to lead our client services and virtual assistant (VA) operations. In this key executive role, you will drive retention, growth, and service excellence by delivering exceptional support tailored to the unique needs of healthcare providers. You will shape a best-in-class client experience, enhance workforce productivity, and ensure seamless, HIPAA-compliant service delivery—positioning us as the trusted partner in virtual healthcare staffing.

Your Impact:

  • Develop and execute client success strategies that drive satisfaction, retention, and account expansion.
  • Architect a scalable client management framework, ensuring service levels and engagement models align with business needs.
  • Lead VA performance optimization, ensuring operational excellence, engagement, and service quality.
  • Oversee shared services, capacity planning, and reporting, leveraging data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Talent teams to align business objectives.
  • Scale systems, processes, and playbooks to support rapid growth and long-term success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in client services, operations, or customer success
  • Experience within a staffing agency, BPO, or high-growth service organization
  • Philippines and LATAM experience required
  • Proven success leading large, global, distributed teams and cross-functional departments
  • Strong background in process improvement, performance management, and client lifecycle strategy
  • Experience working with virtual teams and remote service delivery models is highly preferr
