Vice President Business Development - Digital Health Expert

Luminary Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Business Development with a deep knowledge and expertise in the field of digital health. As the Vice President of Business Development, you will play a critical role in driving strategic growth and establishing Luminary Group as a leading provider of digital health solutions. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth in the digital health sector. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to promote the adoption of our digital health solutions.
  • Identify and target potential clients within the healthcare industry, including hospitals, healthcare systems, and digital health startups.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, understanding their needs and aligning our offerings to meet those needs.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized proposals and presentations for potential clients, showcasing the value of our digital health solutions.
  • Stay current with industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes to identify new business opportunities and ensure our solutions remain competitive.
  • Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the business development team, driving performance and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance our brand presence and generate leads.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue projections.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development or sales leadership roles within the healthcare or digital health industry.
  • In-depth knowledge and expertise in the field of digital health, including understanding of emerging technologies, trends, and market dynamics.
  • Proven track record of driving strategic growth, expanding client base, and achieving revenue targets in the digital health sector.
  • Strong network of contacts within the healthcare industry, including hospitals, healthcare systems, and digital health startups.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence key stakeholders.
  • Extensive experience leading and managing a business development team, with a focus on driving performance and achieving results.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities, drive innovation, and differentiate our solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and build strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate the team to achieve their full potential.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
