The Role
As a VFX Production Coordinator in the Film & Episodic team at Framestore you'll be engaging daily with VFX Artists, Leads & Supervisors to ensure the smooth running of the production workflows for high end visual effects shows. You will play a key role in making sure that the artists schedules are on target; and you'll be there to support the wider production team.
Additionally you'll be responsible for:
Liaising with Line Producer, Leads and Supervisors to track and manage the workflow through the departments meeting internal and external deadlines
Organise dailies, rounds and meetings, taking clear and comprehensive notes and ensuring the production database is up to date.
Provide clear communication between crew including Supervisors, Leans and other members of the production team.
Anticipate and communicate issues to Line Producer and Supervisor to resolve problems quickly.
Maintain an accurate summary of progress from the previous day's work by artists
Help to maintain a positive, upbeat and professional production office, being pro-active and solution-orientated
Other ad hoc duties as may reasonably be expected
