We’re a small animal practice located in a bustling shopping village amongst the pristine waterways of Mermaid Waters. Our popularity has been built on personable and trusted client relationships, with a strong commitment to pet wellness, quality medicine and advanced surgical care. We take our work seriously but keep the team banter alive. With over 25 years of veterinary experience in the clinic and nursing team backgrounds in emergency and critical care, we can support you in every aspect. Our well insured, educated and loyal client base surrounds us.
We focus on strong appointment book and invoicing management, to streamline the workflow front and back of house, enabling you to stay focused on high standards of veterinary and client care. We can also offer team or nurse consulting where required and leave it to us to prep admits and surgery for you. We see routine, welcome urgent care (nursing triage support) and manage plenty of diverse and interesting cases across Soft Tissue Surgery, Dentistry, BOAS, Ophthalmology, Orthopaedics and more.
Veterinarian partnership is important to us, to provide continuation of care and create an intuitive working environment. We’re also supported by three other vet clinics of choice within our group, located in Burleigh, Mudgeeraba and Ashmore.
