We are a 9 surgeon practice looking to employ a Veterinary Nurse. Experience is preferred but hard to source, so we are keen to speak to candidates with an animal studies background or some clinic exposure. We have extensive nursing knowledge so are willing to employ a trainee if required.
The position involves 3 shifts per week - averaging approximately 24 hours per week. Evening work is shared and reasonable overtime is available to cover leave, which could include weekend work (short hours). Hours are negotiable.
Our hospital is able to provide most procedures in house, servicing our patient's needs to the highest standard. We have in house pathology machines (IDEXX), ultrasound, digital xray, digital dental xray & Smartflow. We see a variety of cases in a very friendly team environment.
Regular lunch & learns with reps on new products or just a refresher on current products.
