🏡🏢This is a Hybrid role, the Business Operations team work from our London (Shoreditch) Offices 3 days per week.

What You’ll Be Doing
✨Research available vendors to determine which vendors offer the best pricing and product quality.
✨Meet with suitable vendors to assess their products, inquire about their services, negotiate pricing, and communicate any product or service-related concerns.
✨Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to complete due diligence on potential new partners.
✨Oversee the execution and management of contracts and third-party suppliers:
✨Conduct regular performance reviews and assessments.
✨Act as the primary point of contact for any issues or disputes related to third-party suppliers.
✨Coordinate and manage the resolution of issues in a timely and effective manner.
✨Analyse data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement with how Capital on Tap leverages vendors and vendor performance.
✨Undertake Quality Assurance work, ensuring reporting, due diligence and general documentation align with policy and procedure.

We’re Looking For
✨Working within Financial/Technology sectors, regulated environment an advantage.
✨Considering risk and compliance implications of decisions.
✨Handling complex vendor relationships and contracts
✨Negotiating large or complex contracts
✨Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
✨Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
✨Ability to work independently and as part of a team
