You will be working with the Vehicle Finance Team based in Bengaluru.

This team runs on a hustle mindset with an objective to increase Exponent Energy’s market share in the city of Bengaluru and beyond and help more people adapt to 15-minute rapid charging technology achieved by our Flexible Energy Stack, which consists of the e^pack (battery pack) and e^pump (charging station).

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Drive vehicle financing operations by onboarding, coordinating and driving case closure with financiers
• Coordinate with various stakeholders in the sales functions to triage and prioritize cases
• Identify and benchmark vehicle financing partners operational metrics and drive improvements in approval rates, TAT and loan terms   
• Monitoring requested cases to identify gaps in financier coverage and identifying new product lines and terms that need to be changed
• Onboard new financiers, new dealers/sub-dealers and new products/terms into the financing operation sysem

Key Performance Indicators for the role:

The key metric is to achieve target Approval Rate, TAT and Loan Value for a given city.

About the candidate

What is Needed For The Job + Ideal years of experience 

• 3-5 Years of experience, with at least 1-2 years of on-ground case management experience, ideally in vehicle financing. 
• Good communication and relationship building skills
• Systematic and organized approach to work, with the ability to track a large number of discrete cases
• An ability to drive stakeholders outside of the organization and influence them to deliver critical targets.

• Leveraging data to ask the right questions for new product lines and terms in vehicle financing
• Multilingual preferred - knowledge of Kannada and Hindi ideally.
