The Role
Sprinto is looking for VC Partnerships Manager to join our Startups Go To Market team. You will play a critical role in managing relationships with top venture capital funds and startup accelerators & more to provide exceptional support to the portfolio companies of these funds will also include building Sprinto’s partnerships, from development to launch, and ongoing partner management to drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop partner-level relationships with top venture capital funds, startup accelerator programs, and other external partners in the startup ecosystem
- Market research to identify, evaluate, and onboard new VC partners into the Sprinto VC partner ecosystemEstablish a VC and Startup partnership program as a lead-generation medium
- Steer the strategic efforts to acquire and recruit new partners across geographies, especially in developed markets
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accountsIdentify opportunities for 1 to many engagements and events for founders, and execute in collaboration with VC firms and internal teams
- Prior experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Hubspot, Apollo, Sales-Navigator, etc
- Coordinate with the Sprinto personnel for purposes including support, service, and management resources, to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations
- Analyze key metrics within startup portfolios, create reports, and provide insights to internal and external stakeholders
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development or partnerships management, ideally within Private Equity, Venture Capital, or R&D sectors within a SaaS firm
- Experience in growth/partnerships/business development in the VC, fintech, or software/technology industry, and proven experience leading a partner GTM strategy
- Experience in closing complex partnership deals and delivering measurable business impact.
- Gathering, distilling, and processing complex market (industry, competitor, customer, prospect) intelligence.
- Established network within the PE and VC ecosystem, with a proven track record of building and maintaining high-level relationships.
- Demonstrated progressive experience selling high technology products in assigned territory in a VC/Referral model
- Experience working cross-functionally with various teams, managing initiatives at scale, and delivering results
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic qualification.
- Experience with CRM systems (Hubspot preferred) for managing partnerships and tracking deals.
