The VOE (Value Optimization Engineer) is in charge of identifying, analyzing and implementing value optimization opportunities to reduce all types of costs throughout the value chain of automotive components (planning, designing, engineering, manufacturing, assembling, handling, servicing, recycling, reusing), for all unit groups (body, chassis, interior, mechatronics, electrical, engine, propulsion systems).
The VOE (Value Optimization Engineer) should support the VOD North America.
BS in engineering.
Experience in the design and/ or engineering of body, chassis, interior, mechatronics components and systems.
Solid knowledge of the manufacturing processes used to fabricate such components.
English language 80%
Knowledge of the automotive global vehicle development Process.
Oriented to do benchmarking and to implement optimization processes and methodologies.
Basic knowledgeable in CAD systems (NX/ Teamcenter & Catia/ Enovia)
