UX/UI Designer

About the Role

We're seeking a talented UX/UI Designer with a keen eye for visual design and a marketing-oriented mindset to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in creating visually compelling designs that not only look great but also drive user engagement and conversions.

As our product evolves, there may be opportunities for you to transition into more product-focused UX design tasks. This will allow you to broaden your skill set and contribute to the long-term success of our platform.

  • Design and optimize landing pages with a focus on lead generation, user engagement, and conversion.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to understand business goals and align design strategies.

  • Craft visually striking UI elements (illustrations, icons, forms) that enhance the user journey and resonate with our brand.

  • Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for marketing-driven UX projects.

  • Ensure responsive and accessible designs that look and function beautifully on both desktop and mobile.

  • Iterate on designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and A/B testing results.

  • Stay updated on visual design trends and marketing best practices to ensure our designs remain fresh, engaging, and effective.

  • Balance business goals with user needs, ensuring that our messaging is clear, visually appealing, and action-oriented.

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, UX/UI Design, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in a UX/UI design role, ideally with a strong focus on marketing and branding projects.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • A strong portfolio showcasing your visual design skills, with examples of landing pages, lead-generation forms, and marketing-focused UX projects.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.

  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • A deep understanding of conversion-focused design principles and user psychology.

  • Experience working with A/B testing and user feedback loops to refine and improve design solutions.

  • Strong typography, color theory, and visual composition skills.

  • Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is a big plus.

Working hours         Monday - Friday (Semi flexi working hours) 

Working location      Jalan Kia Peng, Kuala Lumpur
