We're seeking highly self-motivated User Experience Research Interns to join our team in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Our platforms will help jobseekers through SEA, esp. Indonesia and Malaysia.
This is a full-time learning experience opportunity. You won't be just shadowing or assisting senior UX persons -- you'll be part of the team from the get-go. Alongside the UX Seniors, you will dive into our thin and thick data. You will extract insight from our 90K daily average users, and you have the chance to create impacts on hundreds of thousands of users.
What you'll learn:
Review, analyze, and communicate data gathered through analytics or feedback channels
Conduct independent research on multiple facets of our products
Generate actionable insights from accumulated data
Determine which research methods work best to tackle design problems or goals
Work with Designers, Engineers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to prioritize research opportunities and provide the most meaningful results for strategic and tactical decisions.
Last year University Students that cleared all your credits, or Fresh Graduate
Open to any field of study, though humanities or creatives are preferred
Able to work on-site in Yogyakarta
Problem-solving aptitude, which leads to bias to action
You have incurable curiosity towards human behavior
You will need to use your laptop and devices for this job
Committed for minimum 6 months period of internship
