We are looking for a talented and experienced UX Product Manager with a strong focus on user interaction to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences across our digital products by understanding user needs, developing user-friendly designs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Help in managing the process from product development to product launch, ensuring execution is in line user expectations through implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Define Product Vision: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the product vision and strategy that aligns with user needs and business objectives.
User Research: Conduct user research to gather insights on user behaviors, preferences, and pain points, informing product features and functionality.
Design Collaboration: Work closely with designers to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
Development Integration: Ensure seamless implementation of UX designs with developers, focusing on usability and accessibility.
Performance Metrics: Define and track KPIs to measure the success of UX initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
User Advocacy: Advocate for user-centric design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of iterative improvement based on real user data and feedback.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between different teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the product vision and goals.
Experience: 5+ years in UX design or user interaction, with at least 2 years in product management.
Skills: Proficiency in UX design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD) and user-centered design principles.
Research: Strong experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
