UX/Interaction designer - R&D, IFS ESG

We are on the lookout for dynamic, open-minded and highly creative individuals to join the IFS ESG team as a Lead/Senior UX designer to work with ESG  (Environmental, Social and Governance) related Developments in IFS Cloud.

This is a great opportunity to work in the Sustainability and ESG,  where you will get the opportunity to work on developing products aimed at helping companies achieve their sustainability goals and report on their progress in-line with international standards. The product is in an incubation phase giving the opportunity work on iterative product development consistent with a customer centric approach.

You must:

• Identify yourself, first and foremost, as an experienced UX/Interaction designer
• Demonstrate strong UI prototyping and UX design skills
• Have solid experience in UX testing

We’d like to hear from people with:

• Passion towards UX and empathy for the users
• A track record in UX/Interaction design skills, preferably in building enterprise grade commercial business applications
• Proficiency in creating user flows and wireframes
• Experience in creating and working with design systems, components and patterns
• Familiarity with mapping user journeys and understanding technical limitations
• Exposure in taking part in product research validating the designs with user tests
• Experience of agile development methodology and functional business domain and business application knowledge are desirable as well.

• University degree or equivalent from a related discipline
• Minimum 2 years in a similar capacity
• Strong understanding of usability and user-centered design practices.
• A ‘generalist’ mindset with the ability to work across design disciplines.
• Passion for emerging technologies and hunger to innovate.
• Proficiency in creating user flows and prototypes.
• Willingness to get out and learn from users, customers, and stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate the process with stakeholders and other interested parties.
• Willingness to work collaboratively with a cross-functional teams.

Advantageous if,

• Experience in Figma or similar tool
• Experience with best-of-breed or enterprise-wide business applications
• Knowledge in Sustainability and ESG
