UX Designer

Responsibilities:

• UX Design:-
• Apply user-centered design principles to create high-quality user experiences for various software platforms (web, mobile, etc.).
• Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, considering both functionality and aesthetics.
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iteratively improve designs.


• Cross-Functional Collaboration:-
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Advocate for design system adoption and usability best practices within the organization.
• Collaborate with fellow designers to maintain a consistent look and feel across all products and features.


• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices related to UX design and design systems.
• Proactively identify opportunities for design system enhancements and usability improvements


• Design System -
• Work closely with designers and frontend developers to evolve our design system while maintaining an established standard

Goals:

• Conduct user research, prototypes/mock-ups and deliver on UI requirements for the assigned product areas. 
• Increase usability metrics and own user journey optimisation for the assigned product areas.

Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on building and maintaining design systems for complex applications.
• Proficiency in designing and prototyping using Figma.
• Strong understanding of interaction design, visual design, and information architecture principles.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their constraints and possibilities within design systems, is an added plus. 
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating user feedback into designs.
