As a Junior UX Designer at top.legal, you play a critical role in applying design thinking best practices to our design processes. You work cross-functionally with teams from product marketing, engineering, QA, and product management, contributing significantly to the development of user-centric designs for our software. - Assist in user research to understand user needs, update and create personas, and conduct internal and external usability testing to gather insights.
- Proficiency in creating wireframes and prototypes using Figma. Strong problem-solving skills to identify design challenges and propose creative solutions that meet user and business goals.
- Participate in regular design reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to continuously improve the quality of our designs.
- Ensure that designs are implemented correctly by working closely with QA and engineering.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in UX design to continually enhance our team skills and the quality of our work.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate design decisions, present ideas, and collaborate with team members.
