We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX Designer specializing in email communications to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing email campaigns to enhance user engagement, increase click-through rates, and drive conversions. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, content, and design teams to create compelling email experiences that align with our brand and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop responsive email templates and layouts that enhance user experience and drive engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and create visually appealing and compelling email designs that align with brand guidelines.
- Work closely with email developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design concepts across different email clients and devices.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze email performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) to optimize email designs and content.
- Implement best practices for email design, accessibility, and deliverability to ensure a seamless user experience across different devices and email clients.
- Work closely with content creators to ensure that email designs effectively showcase key messaging and calls-to-action (CTAs).
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in email design, UX/UI principles, and digital marketing to continuously innovate and improve email communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate email design strategies with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Utilize analytics and user feedback to iterate and improve email designs based on performance and user engagement metrics.

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, Digital Design, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing email design projects and campaigns.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Figma, plus familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and best practices for email marketing.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and using data-driven insights to inform design decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on creating polished and visually appealing designs that enhance user engagement and drive conversions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
