Searching for the best experiences and practices applied at the ministry level and at the local and global levels in improving the beneficiary experience.
Preparing a test plan to measure users' experience using different qualitative and quantitative methods, methods and tools, and conducting tests under supervision or self-tests.
Preparing principles and standards for improving user experience.
Preparing awareness campaigns to introduce digital experience management and raise awareness of the importance of improving the experience and its impact on the beneficiary.
Preparing workshops and brainstorming sessions with stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Fresh or 1+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of web and software applications.
Knowledge of design principles, user experience fundamentals, and web trends.
Experience in software development and agile methodology.
Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design ideas.
