JOB PURPOSE
For this vacancy we’re looking for a seasoned UX designer that wants to build on the customer experience of a leading global player in the travel industry for a period of at least 12 months. The UX Designer will be working in a dedicated project team with a mix of designers, developers and researchers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bringing new ideas around best practices and cross-industry insights towards the project team;
- Participate in discovery sessions and apply generative methods to uncover potential challenges and opportunities;
- Translate strategy and insights into well considered journeys, flows and wireframes;
- Presenting your work to clients and stakeholders and handle input and feedback;
- Working back-to-back with UI designers to help shape the final user experience;
- Taking responsibility for the highest quality of final delivery and implementation.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years of experience as UX designer at an agency or renowned brand;
- Experience with designing websites, apps and digital products;
- A strong portfolio (website or PDF) demonstrating your experience and passion;
- Experience with working in multidisciplinary teams;
- You speak and write English at a professional level (C1);
- Experience with Figma and Design Systems is a must;
- Experience with motion design and prototyping is a (big) plus.
- Based in Netherlands, Croatia or Macedonia.
