Welcome to Digital Lending: a unique and upscaling department at Backbase. We provide the ability for new and existing bank customers to acquire Lending products, through a great user experience.
We create re-usable journeys that Financial Institutes use to kickstart any online process for Lending products. Our customers should be able to easily and safely adopt the Lending offering; this is where UX plays a pinnacle role.
To achieve all this, the needs of both the end-user and Financial Institutes are considered. By ensuring we offer the right products, we increase the adoption of our product without too much customisation.
The Job in Short
As a UX Designer in Digital Lending you carry multiple responsibilities, all contributing to the success of our product offering. It’s our job to ensure we design what's wanted, and it works well. Working from Krakow you’ll collaborate with the NL- and UK-based UX designers, all expanding your expertise in the Lending domain. From our renewed Krakow office, you’ll have the unique position to directly work with our development teams.
We have a great, creative culture in the Design team with almost 50 UI/UX Designers and Researchers working across the organization. We are looking for someone who brings creativity, passion, and experience to add to the credibility and adaptability of our UX.
