What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll start with onboarding, diving into our current design systems. Your main task will be to audit these systems, identifying similarities, differences, and gaps. You’ll also create guidelines for an internal design system and design missing components and suggest improvements to optimize our design processes. Finally, you’ll present your findings and recommendations to the team.
We’re looking for someone who speaks English well and has an educational background in design or UX practices. Good communication skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a detail-oriented approach are essential. You should be skilled in design systems, digital patterns for mobile and web design standards, and have strong knowledge of Figma. Experience in visual/UI design and user experience flows will be highly beneficial.
