Responsibilities and skills
- User Behavior Understanding: Thoroughly comprehend user behaviors, needs, pain points, and motivations to inform product development and enhancement.
- Research Activities: Plan, conduct, and analyze feature testing, interviews, surveys, and other research methods to gather valuable insights from user experiences.
- Customer Feedback Loop: Establish and optimize processes for an effective customer feedback loop to continuously improve our products based on user input.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a UX Researcher.
- Previous experience in the crypto industry is a significant advantage.
- Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting various research activities, including interviews, surveys, and feature testing.
- Familiarity with blockchain and cryptocurrency concepts is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret research findings and provide actionable insights.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively and present research findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and developers, to integrate user feedback into the product development process.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
