We are seeking a highly skilled User Researcher Consultant. You will be responsible for conducting user research and providing valuable insights to improve the user experience of our clients' products and services.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a User Researcher or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge and experience in conducting various user research methods such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and user feedback analysis
• Proficient in using research tools and software such as UserZoom, Optimal Workshop, or similar
• Ability to analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative research data
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate research findings to stakeholders
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with designers, developers, and product managers
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Knowledge of UX principles and best practices
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
