THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a User growth Specialist for our Marketing team in Mexico City.
Our User Growth Marketing Team is a dynamic Revenue Marketing focused on driving growth (sky-rocketing enrollment rate) through exceptional lifecycle experiences. With a customer-centric focus, we optimize every marketing touchpoint to deliver personalized messaging and tailored offers. Regionally, we take charge of Marketing-sourced Subscribers Revenue by analyzing data, bringing local relevance and cultural insights to campaigns, and fostering collaborative partnerships with local teams. Globally, we enable regional work and ensure consistency, identifying technical and operational opportunities, and leading global standardization. Our skills encompass analytical proficiency, execution prowess, strategic thinking, local relevance, and effective communication. Our team excels in understanding customer journeys, establishing global standards, influencing teams to improve the user experience, identifying opportunities, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Together, we're supporting the future of SR with digital marketing, driven by expertise, collaboration, and innovation.
In Mexico we enable regional work, identifying local opportunities to increase the conversion rate, benching market competitors, marketing campaigns execution, and project management. Our skills encompass analytical proficiency, execution prowess, strategic thinking, local relevance, and effective communication. Our team excels in understanding customer journeys, focusing on increasing the conversion rate for each journey step, improving the user experience, identifying opportunities, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
