User Acquisition Manager

As a user acquisition manager you’ll be the owner of our YouTube campaigns performance activity. You’ll take on a pivotal role in our fast growing activity, responsible for driving B2B growth through YouTube and make a significant impact on the bottom line through improving results and generating revenue.

What You’ll Do:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize user acquisition performance campaigns across YouTube campaigns.
  • Identify and respond to changes in market trends & competition.
  • Stay updated on Google's advertising policies and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Generate actionable insights on creative performance.
  • Implement strategies that align with the company's growth objectives and target audience.
  • Utilize a data-driven approach to analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of campaigns’ performance and drive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Budget management - Effectively manage advertising budgets, optimizing spend to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Work closely with sales and growth teams to understand B2B customer needs and tailor user acquisition strategies accordingly.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 3 years of experience in managing large-scales user acquisition campaigns for B2B companies on YouTube.
  • Familiarity with additional social media platforms performance campaigns (Meta, Linkedin, X, TikTok) - an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms.
  • Attention to details and ability to prioritize and work against deadlines and performance goals.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • English at a high professional level - a must.
