As a user acquisition manager you’ll be the owner of our YouTube campaigns performance activity. You’ll take on a pivotal role in our fast growing activity, responsible for driving B2B growth through YouTube and make a significant impact on the bottom line through improving results and generating revenue.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan, execute, and optimize user acquisition performance campaigns across YouTube campaigns.
- Identify and respond to changes in market trends & competition.
- Stay updated on Google's advertising policies and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Generate actionable insights on creative performance.
- Implement strategies that align with the company's growth objectives and target audience.
- Utilize a data-driven approach to analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Conduct ongoing analysis of campaigns’ performance and drive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Budget management - Effectively manage advertising budgets, optimizing spend to achieve maximum ROI.
- Work closely with sales and growth teams to understand B2B customer needs and tailor user acquisition strategies accordingly.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 3 years of experience in managing large-scales user acquisition campaigns for B2B companies on YouTube.
- Familiarity with additional social media platforms performance campaigns (Meta, Linkedin, X, TikTok) - an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms.
- Attention to details and ability to prioritize and work against deadlines and performance goals.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- English at a high professional level - a must.
