User Acquisition Manager (m/f/d)

Key focus areas will include: 

1. Referral Program Management:

  • Design and manage a referral program to incentivize existing users to refer new customers.
  • Develop and oversee the incentive structure, ensuring it is cost-effective and attractive.
  • Communicate program details effectively to users and manage referral tracking and reporting.

2. User Journey Optimization:

  • Collaborate with product teams and other stakeholders to improve the user experience from initial visit to conversion.
  • Identify and address pain points in the user journey to increase conversion rates
  • Collaborate with the CRM team to help convert register users to customers

3. Manage offline Performance Marketing:

  • Plan and execute offline marketing activities such as hand-to-hand flyering and mailboxing.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of offline campaigns and iterate on creative and targeting approach to minimize efficiently drive new customer growth from these channels

4. App Store Optimization (ASO) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Develop and implement ASO strategies to improve organic search rankings and improve App Store Conversion Rates
  • Monitor organic search performance and evaluate the potential for growth through organic search

Over-time the specific projects are expected to change over-time based on business needs. The role also offers the autonomy to explore further opportunities to support user growth and jump in on new initiatives at the early stages of conception and guide them through to completion.

  • Previous work experience ideally in marketing in a fast-moving company or startup
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • A bachelors degree in marketing, business or similar form a top-tier university. 
  • Strong drive for continuous learning and research on the subject matter for personal development.
  • Data-driven and creative to push the envelope on new user acquisition.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and tools like Excel/Google Sheets
  • Creative thinking and problem solving to come up with solutions.
