About the Role :
Ensure that the systems maintained by Operations are appropriate from the user side and user access is well documented.
What You Will Do :
- Supports the process of maintaining user accounts on systems, both the main system and supporting systems in the management of the Operations division.
- Ensure that user access changes have valid underlying documents and are carried out in accordance with the SLA.
- Documenting every user request for access and parameter changes made in the system/application

Support administrative processes in policies & procedures related to user access in all systems maintained by Operations
What You Need to Have :
- Min. Bachelor Degree, preferably in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Mathematics & Statistics
- Have a minimum of 1 year experience in IT Support/Administration
- Can operate Microsoft Excel well
- Administrative skill
