We are looking for a US Project Manager

Scope of the job

We are seeking a US-based Project Manager to support our Business Operations Lead in managing our daily business operations.

Your role

Support Business Operations:

• Support the establishment of new business areas, manufacturing facilities, and clinical trials (early-stage).
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with the partners, including managing time zone differences.
• Translate documents into different languages and ensure seamless communication between teams.

Clinical Studies and Business Development Support:

• Assist with the execution of early clinical studies in different geographics.
• Facilitating Confidentiality Disclosure Agreements between parties and coordinating initial screening meetings for business development opportunities.

Project Coordination and Communication:

• Manage project timelines, track progress, and ensure all key deliverables are met.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and create presentations for senior management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to align on objectives and ensure successful project execution.
• Communicate effectively across departments, including clinical, manufacturing, and business development teams.
