The Fieldwork Assistant/Project Assistant – Custom Recruitment is responsible for executing online recruitment tasks for Market Research studies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Including, but not limited to the following:
- Execute the online recruitment strategies for healthcare professionals and consumer studies through text messages, email referral campaigns and segmented emailing.
- Ensure that recruitment tasks assigned for projects are fully executed,
- Have an excellent understanding of recruitment methods and processes to ensure they are being appropriately applied to projects and panel recruitment,
- Ensure company email templates are correctly utilized,
- Follow company email marketing guidelines,
- Ensure that email campaigns are sent in accordance with the provided specs and quality standards,
- Run online desk research to enrich the healthcare professionals’ database,
- As part of job responsibilities, you are required to comply with ISO 20252:2019 and ISO 27001 standards.

Education and Other Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalency preferred,
- Fluent in English
- Experience for content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement and leads, that optimizes recruitment and member retention,
- Creation of digital content (e.g., website, blogs, newsletters), management of all creative resources including designers, writers, and other agency personnel,
- Channel management of digital content hubs and all supporting social channels including email / newsletter distribution
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
Relevant coursework in market research or healthcare preferred, but not required.
Knowledge, Skill, Ability:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated knowledge of English grammar rules.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel) and quick learner of new technologies/software
- Interest / natural curiosity or previous experience /exposure within the healthcare space
- Exhibit strong critical thinking skills and take initiative to improve skills and troubleshoot proactively using all available resources to support project success.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to successfully meet study specific and departmental objectives.
- Self-motivated and able to (re)prioritize tasks throughout the workday.
- Exceptional time management, organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Willing to work in US EST Shifts (6:00 PM IST to 3:00 AM IST).
