Apex Informatics is excited to announce an opening for a US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic recruitment team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of connecting talented IT professionals with exciting opportunities within our client organizations.

Your primary responsibility will be to source, evaluate, and engage candidates while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruiting strategies to attract the best talent in the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ fit for various IT roles.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach to offer negotiation and acceptance.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
  • Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate records and track progress.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and develop strategies to attract talent in a competitive market.
  • Participate in recruiting events and job fairs to connect with potential candidates.
  • Provide insights and updates to hiring managers regarding candidate pipelines and recruitment progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in IT recruitment preferred; however, enthusiastic entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and industry demands.
  • Proficiency in utilizing various sourcing techniques and platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to conduct thorough interviews and evaluate candidates effectively.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to achieving recruitment goals.
  • Motivated and proactive approach to recruitment activities.
