Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyze and negotiate Client & Vendor Agreements and other supplemental documents.
- Work with cross-functional teams (may include end client representatives) to agree on the contractual requirements.
- Maintain the agreements, documents, records and proper files in a structured manner in the Legal database and MIS tools of the company.
- Maintain timely renewal of contracts and track upcoming deadlines for the same.
- Knowledge of IP, company, contract and MSME laws.
- Keep up with other regulatory Changes in the law as per the requirements from time to time.

2. Must have minimum 1-year hands-on experience of drafting/review/vetting of NDA, MSA (Service Agreement, Software License Agreements) for Banks/NBFC/Financial Institutions.
