This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

As a part of the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, our Recruiters handle the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle which includes building and driving recruiting strategies, working with hiring leaders to understand their talent requirements, building authentic connections internally and with potential talent, representing our brand, nurturing candidates, and crafting a positive experience!

As an Emerging Talent Recruiter, you’ll focus on hiring early career talent and you’ll play a key role in cultivating and fostering positive relationships with colleges and universities across the country. You’ll directly work with hiring managers, leaders, and stakeholders on recruitment strategy and hiring processes while leading them through the entire recruitment life cycle. You’ll also play a vital role in building our internship and new graduate programs from the ground up, and, lead upcoming classes for the interns/new grads through those programs.

Success in this role requires great project coordination, program management skills, proactiveness, resilience, effective communication, problem-solving aptitude, and the ability to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment. A passion for creating a great experience for stakeholders and candidates alike, and a drive for producing long-term results are the keys to success.

What you'll get to do...

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers
  • Talent Sourcing: Apply various sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media platforms, industry networking, referrals, and direct sourcing
  • Relationship Management: Develop strong alliances with business leaders and Hiring Managers to understand their hiring needs, provide regular updates, and collaborate on effective recruitment strategies
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct detailed interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and evaluate cultural fit based on GoDaddy’s core values and desired abilities
  • Program Development: Be instrumental in crafting and delivering outstanding experiences for candidates through school and organizational partnerships, and differentiated experiences for active interns and new college grads
  • Cross-functional Partnerships: Interface and regularly collaborate with the US Emerging Talent team, maintain universal team processes, and work directly with various team peers, external stakeholders, prospective candidates, and new hires

Your experience should include...

  • Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, leading end-to-end internships or people programs
  • Demonstrable track record of recruiting students across technical and corporate functions
  • Understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry trends, with the ability to assess technical capabilities effectively
  • Experience working with multiple partners across geographies/timezones
