Arcadis is seeking an experienced Accessibility Specialist interested in universal design for complex projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of work experience developing and implementing universal design strategies and detailed knowledge of accessibility regulations, Human Rights codes, Ontario Building Code (OBC), Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act - Design of Public Spaces (AODA-DOPS), Canadian Standards Association/Accessibility Standards Canada standards, Americans with Disabilities Act Design Standards, Accessible Canada Act, International Organization for Standardization (ISO), Metrolinx and GO Universal Design Standards and other relevant building codes and standards.
